A Message To Our Customers Concerning Coronavirus.

As a supplier of mobility equipment such as stairlifts, mobility scooters and powerchairs, it naturally follows that a high proportion of our customers will be over 70 and/or have a long standing medical condition.

It also naturally follows that those using that equipment are dependant on them to get them to bed, the toilet or just to get them from room to room in their home.

Please be assured that we are taking this situation very seriously and are doing everything within our power to minimise the risk to our valued customers.

If you are looking to purchase a stairlift or even equipment such as commodes in anticipation of self-isolation or social distancing, then please know that we are still open, will continue to offer the same levels of customer service that we always have and will not, under any circumstances, be looking to increase prices to profit from those most in need of the services we provide.

If it is necessary that a representative of Ideas in Action needs to visit your home (to carry out a survey, to service your product or to carry out a repair), they will observe strict hygiene rules in accordance with Government guidelines. This includes regular hand sanitising, wearing gloves, no physical greetings, a 2 metre rule at all times and the cleaning down of any equipment.
